11. Workshop Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

1. **Booking & Payments**
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized platforms.
- **Full payment is required at the time of booking** to secure your child’s place. We do not hold or reserve spaces without payment.
- Fees include workshop instruction, venue hire, and use of standard art materials.
2. **Pricing & Discounts**
- Workshop prices are clearly listed online and include all core workshop costs.
- **Full Week Discounts (10%)** are automatically applied to the pricing and checkout when applicable.
- Any seasonal promotions or referral credits will be clearly shown during the booking process.
3. **Cancellations & Refunds**
LeapLane operates a **no-refund policy**, due to advance venue, supplies, material and instructor commitments.
- No refunds are given for missed days due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances once the workshop has begun.
4. Workshop Cancellations by LeapLane
In the unlikely event that LeapLane cancels a workshop or is advised to do so by local authorities, families will receive a full refund minus a £10 administrative fee per child to cover processing and administrative costs, or the option to transfer to transfer credit to a future workshop session.
5. **Participation, Safety & Behaviour**
- All children must be registered with accurate emergency and medical details.
- LeapLane reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others.
- Our team is DBS-checked and committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment.
6. **Photography & Media**
We may photograph sessions for use on creative works on website or marketing . Parents may opt out by indicating so at booking confirmation form received on payment confirmation
​12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LeapLane against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
